The prices listed below are applicable for orders of 1-25 items of the same type. Discounts will be provided for larger quantities ordered. 

Typically, the setup fee is waived, making it easy for you to get started. For initial orders that require digitizing—converting a photo or logo into a machine-readable format—the fee is usually quite reasonable, ranging from $20 to $100. Additionally, for repeat orders or items consisting only of text, you generally won’t have to pay any extra digitizing fees.

Up to 100,000- stitches, Setup charges usually apply on first order only.

The text refers to a straightforward text (20 characters/ 20,000 stitches or less of any side desired) placed on one side of an item. Adding text in a different location incurs an additional $10 fee for hooping. (see below)

The addition of a logo onto an item. Setup charges may apply. 

Note: This price does not include the item. This is an additional item on an item already being embroidered at the same time.

A print encompasses both the printing process and the placement of the design on an item. (One Location) Note: Extra fees may be applicable for intricate artwork modifications. 

*If you would like to print on an additional location of the same item, there will be a charge of $5.

Apex Ink & Threads, LLC keeps a stock of various items for rapid processing. Our inventory includes a wide range of items such as hoodies, sweatshirts, tumblers, mousepads, shirts, beanies, caps, and more.

Apex Ink & Threads, LLC  will order the items for you through our recommended sources and accept delivery for an additional 10% handling fee. Items ordered require a payment before the start of the order. Apex Ink & Threads, LLC will be responsible for all items it purchases for the customer.

Apex Ink & Threads, LLC offers a digitizing service that converts artwork into a digital format, which embroidery machines can read and stitch onto fabric, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Fees typically run from $20 - $100+ per item. This is a one-time fee that becomes your property upon request when the service is provided, or as long as it remains available from Apex Ink & Threads, LLC.
