We accept JPEG, PNG, PSD PDF, DST, and many other file formats. 

We recommend a minimum order of 100 items per design. However, we can accommodate orders as small as one-piece orders and we do provide discounts for larger orders. 

Our turnaround time varies depending on the complexity and size of the order. However, Apex Ink & Threads, LLC understands your timeline may require a rush order and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

 The return policy at Apex Ink & Threads, LLC is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns regarding our printing services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your printed items, please contact us within e days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer options such as reprinting, replacement, or refund. Please note that certain conditions may apply, including the need for the items to be returned in their original condition. Additionally, personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the printing process.
